Who is responsible for your data.

Contact messages.

Our contact form collects your name, work email, company, job title if provided, topic, and message. We use these details to reply and discuss a possible engagement. The legal bases are steps prior to a contract and legitimate interest under Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

We keep contact messages for 24 months after the last contact unless a contract follows.

Call bookings.

Calendly LLC, USA, handles call scheduling as our processor. Calendly collects the name, email, and answers you enter to arrange the call and send a confirmation and calendar invite. Our website also records the selected topic, Calendly event and invitee references, booking page, and time booked so we can track calls.

Transfers to the United States rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Calendly may set its own cookies on our booking page. See Calendly's privacy notice.

Website statistics.

We count visits without cookies and without storing anything in your browser. For each page view we record the page, the referring site, any campaign tags in the link, your device type, browser and operating system, and an approximate location (country, region and city) that is derived from the connection at the moment of the visit. Your IP address is used only for that moment and is never stored. To count unique visitors, we create an anonymous identifier from a random value that changes every day, so visits cannot be linked from one day to the next. We keep these statistics for 25 months and then delete them. We use them to understand which content is useful. The legal basis is legitimate interest.

Email and hosting.

Our email is hosted by Google Workspace, provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Our website and database are hosted by Lovable Cloud.

Cookies and browser storage.

We do not sell your data, use advertising trackers, or use analytics cookies. Fonts are self-hosted. The only browser storage we use ourselves is for the private admin login. Calendly's third-party booking widget may use its own cookies and storage.

Your rights.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the legal basis. Email us to exercise these rights. We reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt.
